Non-surgical Nose Job
A non-surgical nose job can be performed in a suitable candidate with Botox and Filler, or in some cases Botox or Filler.
Botox can be used to elevate the nasal tip, or give a more pinched nasal tip and reduce nasal flaring/widening when you are animated e.g. talking or smiling and laughing.
For Botox, approximately 15u are used for this, and the cost would be R900.
Botox would need to be repeated every 4 months to maintain the effect.
Filler is suitable for straightening the nose in the midline, and reducing the appearance of bumps on the nose e.g. on the nasal bridge.
Filler is also useful for correcting nostril asymmetry (nostrils are visibly not the same size); as well as in some case to straighten the nasal septum. Filler into the nose can elevate the nose, which droops as part of the ageing process.
Filler for a non-surgical nose job costs R2500/syringe. 1-2 syringes may be needed. Results last 9-14 months before the procedure needs to be repeated.
Filler cannot reduce the size of your nose, and such cases require an ENT surgeon, or a plastic surgeon.
