How To Use:
Fillmed Skin Perfusion Micellar Water can be applied to dry skin with a cotton pad. No-rinse. This product can also be used as a pre-cleanser – apply to dry skin with your fingers and massage into the face, neck and décolletage thoroughly before rinsing with warm water.
