Obagi Professional-C Serum 15% is a high-performance antioxidant serum that helps to improve signs of skin ageing by stimulating collagen synthesis and visibly helping improve pigmentation. It helps to minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and helps to reduce inflammation (redness). It gives the skin a youthful radiance, smooth texture, and an even skin tone. This concentrated formulation is for normal, combination, ageing skins. Not for sensitive skins.
Key ingredients include L-Ascorbic Acid 15% which is Vitamin C in its purest form. It provides antioxidant protection and has superior absorption into the epidermis and deep penetration into the dermal layer due to its low pH which enables it to stay stable for a longer period of time in these layers. It does not leave an oily layer on the skin due to its deep penetration. Avoid direct contact with the mucous membranes. It also enhances UV protection and will not cause any irritation on the skin.
